• International: 10–20 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or natural events.

3. Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain threshold (displayed on site).

4. Customs & Duties

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days with photos.
• For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to locate the shipment. If confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be issued.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your address. We are not liable for deliveries to an incorrectly provided address.
