- Physical goods: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging.
- Digital products / services: Generally non-refundable unless defective or not as described.
- Subscriptions: You may cancel future charges at any time, but past payments are non-refundable.
2. Refund Process
- To request a refund, contact us. Provide your order number and reason.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Non-refundable items
Gift cards, downloadable software, services already performed, and clearance items (if clearly marked).
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated timeframe, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank. If the issue persists, please reach out to us.
