Manage Your Subscription

• View & Modify Subscription: Log into your account and go to “Subscriptions” to view details, change billing frequency, update quantities, or modify product variants.
• Pause or Cancel: You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. No cancellation fees apply.

How to Cancel

• Online: Account dashboard → Subscriptions → Cancel.
• By email: Send a cancellation request from the email address associated with your account (no prior contact needed).

Cancellation Confirmation: After cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email. No further charges will be made, but no refund will be issued for any already-processed billing period.

Failed Payments: If payment fails, we may retry after a few days. You are responsible for keeping your payment method up to date.
